What is your return policy for outdoor equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing gear and certain technical equipment cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer a warranty on your tents and backpacks?
Yes, all Orson Outdoors branded gear comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party brands are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
